As the Transitional Services Director, Mike leads our reentry program, which encompasses case management, New Beginnings, and the Finish Line program. He is genuinely committed to creating supportive pathways for our alumni, understanding the challenges they face, and emphasizing accountability and structured support to help expand their employment opportunities. Mike’s journey is truly inspiring; he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees while incarcerated, illustrating his dedication to personal growth despite difficult circumstances. Before joining Hudson Link in 2024, he held important leadership roles in reentry services at Exodus, the Coming Home program at Mount Sinai, and Common Justice.
