Hilberto serves as the Academic Coordinator at the Shawangunk Correctional Facility, where he plays a vital role in facilitating partnerships between college collaborators and the Department of Corrections. His efforts focus on providing valuable higher education opportunities to incarcerated individuals. As a Hudson Link alumnus, he earned Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Behavioral Science from Mercy University and a Master of Professional Studies from New York Theological Seminary. Prior to joining Hudson Link in 2022, Hilberto worked as a case manager at Exodus Transitional Community in New York City.
