David Rubin is a seasoned real estate attorney handling complex transactions across commercial real estate, including building and shopping center acquisitions and ground leases. He manages internal contract negotiations and represents buyers and sellers, including purchases out of bankruptcy. He negotiates leases for offices, manufacturing, retail, and restaurants, and has litigated lease disputes and brokerage fee matters. He received the City Bar Justice Center’s Jeremy G.
