Biography

As the Operations Manager, Stanley oversees staff recruitment and retention, employee benefits plans, performance management, financial management, and the wellness program at Hudson Link. He is central to the organization’s operations and actively assists in all aspects of the business, ensuring the professional development of each staff member. Before joining Hudson Link in 2023, Stanley began his career with a passion for photography, earning his bachelor’s degree in graphic design and digital marketing from Sacred Heart University. Throughout his career, he developed expertise in business operations, previously working for an assisted living community.
