Jess, a licensed social worker (LMSW), helps incarcerated individuals find safe housing and supports those facing instability. She manages intake for New Beginnings houses, engages in goal planning and resource building, and offers case management. Before joining in 2024 (after interning in 2022), she worked in graphic and architectural design and served as an EMT in New York City. She holds degrees from the School of Visual Arts and Fordham University and is pursuing a post-master’s in art therapy at Caldwell University.
