Deb Fitzgerald serves as Hudson Link’s Community Engagement Manager and is a vital part of our organization. She is responsible for coordinating events, ensuring that alumni gatherings and graduation ceremonies are meaningful and supportive. In her capacity as the executive assistant to the President and Executive Director, she provides essential support that keeps our operations running smoothly. Deb has played a significant role in the success of our boutique and in fostering community at New Beginnings’ first women’s house. Her journey is truly inspiring; before joining Hudson Link in 2021, she earned her BA in Sociology from Marymount Manhattan College while incarcerated and recently completed her MPA from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
